Mother/Carer & Son Dinner – Friday, 17 May 2024
Dear mums and carers
We are looking forward to welcoming you all to the 成人综合网 Parents鈥� Association Mother/Carer & Son dinner on Friday.
Date: Friday, 17 May 2024
Time: 6:30pm-10:30pm
Venue: The Ballroom, Royal Randwick Racecourse, Alison Road, Randwick. Please enter via Gate D and proceed through to the QEII Grandstand using the centre escalators up to Level 2.
On arrival please make your way to your table to collect your name tags before mingling ahead of being seated for dinner at 7pm.
Table Plans: these will be set up at the two entrances. The floor plan is below.
Dress Code:
Mothers/carers: Smart Casual and wear a splash of colour corresponding to your son鈥檚 year: 5 red, 6 pink, 7 yellow, 8 purple, 9 green, 10 blue, 11 white, 12 black.
Boys: Academic Uniform or cadet uniform for those attending cadets prior to the event.
Transport Information is
Taxi and Uber: drop off is at Gate E. Parking attendants will be there to guide guests to Gate D.
Alcohol Consumption
Students (even those over 18) will not be served alcohol. It is a College function and therefore it is not appropriate for students to consume alcoholic beverages even under parental supervision.

Welcome Cocktail Party – Thank you
Thank you to all the parents who attended the Welcome Cocktail Party on Saturday night, 17 February 2024. It was a beautiful evening where we were able to see for the first time the magnificent tree lit up outside the gym which has been paid for by the Parents’ Association to be permanently lit for future events.
I know there were several issues with the bar on the night and we thank you for your patience. We do apologise, and the learnings from this experience will be taken into account for all future events run by the Parents’ Association.
Thank you also to all those kind parents who assisted on the evening and to Emma Laurence and Angus McPherson from the College for all their help in the lead-up to the event and on the night.
You all looked amazing in your coloured leis and a special welcome to the new Years 5 and 7 parents who attended for the first time and were able to connect with our wonderful 成人综合网 community.
